The Jackson Hope Foundation (TJHF) is a grassroots community organisation focused on improving mental health and tackling loneliness through meaningful connection, compassion, and conversation. Their work is shaped around seven core strands: Hope Hubs, Hope Circles, Hope Socials, Hope Benches, Hope Gardens, Hope Walks, and Hope Bank - each designed to bring people together, offer support, and build stronger, kinder communities.
