1-1 therapy with me isn't about fancy jargon or complicated theories. It's about creating a tailored experience just for you. From children to adults, I work with individuals seeking to ignite that spark within and get more out of life than a mere existence. 

My approach centres around clear communication, genuine connection and meaningful conversation, so no matter what the challenge, we can create a life for you filled with calm positivity, peaceful contentment and a confident purpose.

What Does a Session Look Like?

Let's keep it simple. We start with a free 15-minute online connection call where I listen, and you share. It's a chance for us to get to know each other. From there, I design a therapeutic pathway

tailored to your needs.

Sessions can be face-to-face in my tranquil Doncaster therapy room or online. While the number of sessions varies, a minimum of 6 is recommended to go deep, address issues properly, and set the stage for positive change.

I offer various pricing for single sessions and block booking discounts as per the rates below. 

I also offer sliding scale pricing for low income families and individuals.

I couldn't have done it without you

Before my session I felt like I had no control of my fear of cramped spaces, lifts and flying. I couldn't help myself have a panic attack when there was turbulence and when we were taking off. This made me feel completely helpless and unable to control my thoughts.
After my session I am able to calm myself if I ever feel anxious. I have some coping mechanisms to use when I go on an aeroplane and in a life. They really help me to know that
I am okay and everything will go smoothly.
