Cancellation Policy

Attendance of appointments is essential. Please value and prioritise your appointments. Please provide 3 full weekdays notice by phone, text or email if you cannot attend your appointment. Failure to provide this notice incurs a cancellation fee of £40.00. Appointments are exactly one hour long and the full fee applies, even if you arrive late. To pay the fee in full either at the beginning or the close of each session (unless you have block booked in advance). You are free to leave therapy during a session and the full 1 hour fee still applies.
